The Brisbane Heat will be looking to continue their impressive start to BBL13, while hosts Melbourne Renegades will be desperate for a maiden win when the sides square off on Thursday night.
Last season’s runners-up, the Heat have won two of their first three matches this season, with rain resulting in a draw against the Adelaide Strikers.
The Renegades have spluttered to start the season despite some marquee recruits, winless from their opening two matches, but have reason to hope given the blistering form of Jake Fraser-McGurk with the bat and Adam Zampa with the ball.

Fraser-McGurk stunned against the Sydney Sixers earlier this month with a 24-ball 48, including one shot that sailed over the SCG members pavillion.
Spencer Johnson will also take to the pitch for the first time since landing a nearly $2 million payday at the IPL.
Mitch Swepson could also make some more BBL history, being just one wicket away from outright second on the Heat’s all-time wicket taking ladder.
This match gets underway at 7:15pm AEDT from Marvel Stadium.
