The Wallabies have secured a huge 20-19 victory over Argentina in wet and windy conditions in their Rugby Championship clash at the Estadio Jorge Luis Hirschi.
The contest began with the hosts churning out points, scoring a try through Juan Martin Gonzalez before Santiago Carreras added two penalty goals and a conversion.
However, in the 28th minute halfback Jake Gordon was able to crash over for a try with Noah Lolesio adding the extra two with the score 13-7 at the break.

The second half was then a scrappy affair, with Carreras and Albornoz adding two more penalty goals, while the Wallabies crossed for a try.
Rob Valetini was the man to score, alongside a penalty and a conversion from Lolesio which saw the score sit at 19-17 in the dying stages.
The Wallabies were charging down field, putting together several phases before they earnt a penalty directly in front of the posts to take the lead and ultimately win the game after full time.
The victory was Australia’s first in the Rugby Championship since September 2022.
