Roosters enforcer Victor Radley has suffered yet another head knock, colliding with Titans utility Chris Randall before grabbing at his forehead.
It’s the fourth time so far in 2025 that the gun lock has been sent for a HIA, failing the test in Round 1 before spending a week sidelined under concussion protocols.
Upon return in Round 3, he was sent for a HIA and subsequently passed it before lasting only 21 minutes in Round 4.

However, in positive news, the 27-year-old passed the assessment and was free to return.
“Victor Radley might have a problem here, this is an issue. It’s more than an issue, it’s a huge concern,” commentator Warren Smith said.
“He didn’t finish the game a couple of weeks ago and here we are again, a head clash with Chris Randall.
“He’s already missed a game… he’s off the field again for the fourth time this season.”
Regardless, his latest blow continues a concerning trend of head knocks for Radley, with his Round 1 failed HIA the sixth over the past four seasons.
