Reece Walsh suffered a leg injury early and called for the trainer in a scare for the Broncos.
Billy Walters took advantage of his late call-up to the starting side by showing and going from dummyhalf to score under the sticks and give the Broncos the lead.
A brilliant run from Warriors fullback Taine Tuaupiki set up a try for a rampaging Leka Halasima to slice through and score to lock up the scores.
Edward Kosi latched onto a kick through to score in the corner as the Warriors took the lead.
Kurt Capewell produced a brilliant run down the right, before flinging the ball back inside for Luke Metcalf to score and extend the Warriors lead.
Marata Niukore charged over from close range to all but seal the result for the Warriors.
Jesse Arthars scored his ninth try of the season to go back to the top of the NRL try-scorers list as the Broncos set up a grandstand finish.
Walsh pounced on a blunder from Kosi in the in-goal off an Adam reynolds kick as the Broncos locked up the scores.

The Broncos will be aiming to bounce back from a shock upset loss when they take on the Warriors in Auckland on Easter Saturday.
Billy Walters starts at hooker with Cory Paix shifting to the bench. Xavier Willison starts in the back row, with Jaiyden Hunt shifting to the pine. The Warriors are 1-17.
Brisbane were short, short odds against the Roosters last Friday but disappointed to drop their second game of the season.
They meet a Warriors side who are also desperate to atone. Andrew Webster’s men were thrashed by the Storm after conceding 36 first half points in a listless display.
They return home where they’ve won both starts this season however the already tricky test will be made even harder with two stars out injured.
Co-captain James Fisher-Harris is out with a pec injury while Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad will miss at least one game with a concussion.
For the Broncos, Jordan Riki is back on deck after a suspension while Jaiyden Hunt comes into the side for the injured Jack Gosiewski.
