The Sea Eagles have intensified their chase for in-form Raiders half Jamal Fogarty, increasing their offer from two years to three years.

Fogarty is reportedly keen to stay in Canberra but the allure of a three-year deal may be too hard for the 31-year-old to pass up.
Fogarty has been excellent for the Green Machine in 2025, leading his team to a 5-2 record which is good enough for third on the NRL ladder entering Round 8.
He leads the league in conversions (31), leads the league in kick metres (3,131) and is in a tie for second in try assists (7).

If Fogarty does decide to take up Manly’s offer and leave Canberra, Raiders coach Ricky Stuart has options.
Ethan Sanders is the next halfback in waiting, having left the Eels last season in search for greater opportunities.
Sanders’ arrival no doubt created healthy competition, which has resulted in Fogarty’s form spiking, with Stuart saying as much.
Sanders is a very promising half who looks NRL ready, but he’s out injured at the moment.
