Gold Coast can improve to 9-2 for the first time in club history when it welcomes Fremantle on Saturday afternoon.
The Suns (8-2, 131.9%) will unleash debutant Leo Lombard in the People First Stadium clash, having not lost to the Dockers at the venue since 2015.
Fremantle (6-5, 105.6%) have won two in a row to stay in touch with the top eight. Nat Fyfe comes in for his first game of 2025 alongside returning ruckman Sean Darcy, while skipper Alex Pearce (injured) misses for Justin Longmuir’s side.

While the Dockers have a bad track record at People First Stadium, they’ve won three of their past four games against Gold Coast.
There were no late changes for either side, with David Swallow (Suns) and Nat Fyfe (Dockers) named the starting subs.
The game gets underway at 1:20pm AEST from People First Stadium.
