Collingwood and Brisbane are doing battle at the home of football in a blockbuster Saturday night clash that will have serious top-four implications, as three Pies stars return.
The Magpies (15-4, 135%) got back to winning ways against Richmond last Sunday and look to extend their lead atop the ladder after more changes at the selection table.
Meanwhile, the Lions (13-1-5, 110.8%) are coming in hot after falling comprehensively to Gold Coast last Saturday, looking to retain their top-four spot with Geelong, Hawthorn and Fremantle snapping at their heels.

Collingwood regains star midfielder Jordan De Goey and Norm Smith medallist Bobby Hill for the big bout, with Scott Pendlebury also returning after soreness saw him withdrawn late last Sunday.
But the Magpies’ midfield squeeze saw Tom Mitchell among three exclusions for Craig McRae’s unit on Thursday night, with Ed Allan (also omitted) and the injured Lachie Sullivan also going out of the side.
Oscar McInerney is managed for the Lions, with Conor McKenna going out injured. Henry Smith and Bruce Reville come in.
These sides last met in Round 6, with the Pies smashing the Lions by 52 points at the Gabba. Collingwood has had Brisbane’s measure since the day they played off for the 2023 premiership, with the Pies winning four consecutive games against the Lions.
The first bounce hit the MCG turf at 7:35pm AEST in Melbourne, with Bobby Hill (Magpies) and Bruce Reville (Lions) the starting substitutes.
