It’s been revealed that Lachlan Galvin’s agent Isaac Moses planned to air a list of seven grievances with the Tigers and coach Benji Marshall before it was shut down by club CEO Shane Richardson.
Galvin, who has sensationally been axed for this weekend’s Easter Monday clash against Parramatta, rejected a contract extension from the Tigers worth up to $6 million to test to open market.
It has been reported that the decision isn’t about money but rather Galvin’s belief he would develop better as a player at a rival club.

Veteran journalist Andrew Webster dropped a bombshell on Tuesday night’s episode of NRL360 supporting this theory.
Webster also intimated that a animosity between Marshall and Moses could be behind Galvin’s Tigers exit.
“He (Galvin) had a list, I think it was seven points, and the way it has been explained to me is that Isaac got through a couple about Benji and Richo (Shane Richardson) said ‘I don’t want to hear it mate, that’s enough’,” Webster said.
“I want to wait to hear when Lachlan Galvin does his lightweight interview with some journo that’s close to Isaac Moses and when he sits there, explain exactly what your grievances with Benji Marshall are’
“And then ask if it’s real and then maybe ask the question, ‘does it have anything to do with your player manager not liking Benji Marshall’. Because that might be getting a little bit closer to the heart of why Lachie Galvin isn’t going to be at the Wests Tigers anymore.”

When NRL360 host Braith Anasta asked: “Apparantly Moses and Benji don’t get along?” Webster replied with “That’s what you hear.”
“I don’t think the way that David Klemmer and John Bateman left the club pleased the Moses camp,” Webster continued, referring to the recent and messy departures of the two forwards from the club.
Webster then shed light on Moses’ reputation in the game, calling him the “most controlling” agent in the NRL.
The journalist also praised the Tigers for the way they showed some guts by not letting Moses “dictate” them.
“Isaac Moses does this at clubs and I should make it very clear because everyone thinks that journos are aligned to certain player managers but I’m aligned to none,” Webster said.
“I haven’t spoken to Isaac Moses in five years so nothing I say tonight will be parroting what he has to say but Isaac Moses is a very controlling manager who gets his claws into clubs.
“He’s done so at various clubs already, Manly being one.
“The Wests Tigers just said ‘we’re not going to be dictated to’.
“If I’m a Wests Tigers fan, I’d see the silver lining in it and it’s that ‘my club is as strong as it’s ever been and we’re not going to be told what to do or dictated to by the biggest player agent in the game’.”

While Galvin’s reputation and image have taken a massive hit because of this ordeal, he isn’t the only victim.
According to foxsports.com.au’s Paul Crawley, the heat Marshall as copped is “so unfair”.
“Which 19-year-old in the world starts compiling a dossier against your coach? Did he come up with that?” Crawley said.
“This goes beyond money because even the Tigers were willing to give him $1 million a year. Money’s not the issue, it goes beyond the money. It goes to bad blood.
“Where it really stinks is that Lachlan Galvin is entitled to think another club may give him a ettet short of making the most of his career but where it stinks is that all the major news outlets at the moment are reporting the same outlet of the story that Benji is the problem
“It is so unfair because it’s not just a stain on Benji, it’s a stain on the Tigers and a stain on the club who brought this fella through. When the Eels didn’t see a future in Galvin, the Tigers did.
“It’s not fair and in years to come, he’ll (Galvin) regret what he’s done here.”
