Keaon Koloamatangi has reportedly made the final decision on his future.
According to Code Sports, the Rabbitohs superstar has reportedly informed South Sydney powerbrokers he will join the Dragons in 2027 in a blockbuster switch.

The 27-year-old was one of the NRL’s hottest free agents, and is set to put pen to paper on a five-year deal worth around $5 million to make the move to the Red V.
Koloamatangi has now entered the cooling off period, meaning he has 10 days to change his mind under NRL contract laws.
The Rabbitohs were reportedly desperate to retain the gun enforcer, who was shopped to rivals as a prop.
Alongside the Dragons, the Eels were also in the race for his signature, but the lure of a five-year contract saw Shane Flanagan get his man.
Flanagan was desperate to land a big fish, having already lured the likes of Valentine Holmes, Clint Gutherson and Damien Cook to the club ahead of the 2025 season.
The club’s bid to lure him to the club also included a a helicopter ride to their base in Wollongong — a move that rugby league legend Nathan Hindmarsh wasn’t a fan of.

“What a waste of money. Did the club pay for that? Is it on the salary cap?” he said on the Kayo Sports NRL podcast.
“You know what I mean? What a waste of bloody money. Put him in a bloody chopper.”
However, he did also endorse Koloamatangi joining the likes of Payne Haas and Addin Fonua-Blake as one of the game’s highest-paid middle forwards.
“I would pay this bloke on his current form,” Hindmarsh said.
“Koloamatangi now that he’s moved from the edge to the middle, which I think was a great move from Wayne Bennett.
“I think his work rate’s improved. His fitness has improved. He’s in the top five middle players at the moment.”
