In his first NRL game in 2025, Mam was in everything, setting up three tries and scoring another. However, it wasn’t enough, as the Dragons scored four tries to two in the second half to run over the top of the Broncos.

It was an enthralling battle that had eveything and ended when Broncos half Adam Reynolds knocked the ball on as Brisbane were trying to score a potential match-winning try after the buzzer.
Earlier, Mam recorded his second try assist when breaking the line at halfway and putting Kotoni Staggs over. That gave the Broncos a 24-20 lead with 20 minutes left.
Trying to stop a four game slide, the desperate Dragons then produced one of the tries of the season to retake the lead, with seemingly every player in the Red V getting involved before Tyrell Sloan finished the job in the corner.
Eight minutes later, Clint Gutherson scored his second try of the day when fooling the Broncos’ defence from a scrum and slicing through the line.
Brisbane stuck around when Mam delivered a lovely cut out ball to winger Jesse Arthars, but ultimately they would run out of time dropping their fifth game from six matches.
The Dragons looked down and out when they trailed 14-6 early in second half and having just lost Jaydn Su’A to the sin bin.
But they scored two quick tries despite the disdavantage, including a 70 metre effort from Jacob Liddle.
Liddle pounced on a loose ball after an errant Broncos pass and outrunning the chasing Broncos defenders to give the Dragons an 18-14 lead.
