The Sydney Morning Herald reported the Bulldogs have withdrawn from the race to sign Galvin, leaving Parramatta as the frontrunners to sign the 19-year-old playmaker.

After watching the Galvin saga unfold at the Tigers, the Bulldogs had internal discussions in recent days to weigh up the merits in making a play for his services.
However, Gould revealed to the Herald, the Bulldogs have decided against making a bid.
“We are not involved in the Lachlan Galvin discussion and we won’t be involved in the Lachlan Galvin discussion,” Gould told The Sydney Morning Herald.
