“The thing I said to the boys was that we won games like that last year,” Stuart said.
“I don’t want them to cloud their Judgement of their football team by a scenario where Ethan Sanders could have scored that try. If he scores that try, then everyone’s talking about our team differently.
“I’ll talk about our team as though he did score the try. I’ll look at the areas that we can probably pick ourselves up in and be better, but if they can keep giving me that effort every week, I’ll be a happy coach.”
