The stage is set for a Friday night blockbuster at the MCG, as Hawthorn try and bounce back from a winless fortnight against the ladder-leading Magpies.
Collingwood (9-2, 132.9 per cent), who have won their last three games, are boosted by a handful of big returns in the form of Scott Pendlebury, Darcy Moore, Steele Sidebottom, Lachie Schultz and Bobby Hill.
The Hawks (7-4, 117.4 per cent) have come under pressure this week, after back-to-back tight losses to Brisbane and Gold Coast. Jarman Impey return to the starting 23 for Sam Mitchell, with Cam Mackenzie omitted.

The game gets underway at 7:40pm AEST from the MCG, with Lachie Sullivan (Magpies) and Finn Maginness (Hawks) the respective substitutes.
