The Fremantle Dockers will take on the Adelaide Crows in their final preseason hit out in Mandurah, in Perth’s south, on Saturday.
But there’ll be plenty of headaches for Dockers coach Justin Longmuir as he tries to contain Crows star Riley Thilthorpe without his star defenders in skipper Alex Pearce and Brennan Cox (calf complaints).

Thilthorpe was a standout in Adelaide’s practice match win over rivals Port Adelaide last weekend – even spending some time in the midfield to showcase his skills.
And the Crows are set to persist with the move on Saturday.
“I love seeing Riley (Thilthorpe) around the ball. He gives us a different look, he’s very hard to play against, to body up against, he’s just so clean and agile for a guy his size,” Crows assistant Nathan van Berlo said.
“Anticipating we’ll get a look at different stages, he loves it, and we enjoy having him around the ball.”
