The Melbourne Renegades are out to seek revenge after their loss to the Hobart Hurricanes just eight days ago, in a Monday night clash set to host Beau Webster’s long-awaited homecoming.
Webster, who hails from Snug in Tasmania, has been temporarily released from Australia’s Ashes Test squad to take part in the Hobart fixture to play his first game for the Hurricanes since BBL|06.

The 32-year-old headlines three inclusions to his side’s squad for the match, with Matthew Wade and Hugo Burdon also in to replace the injured Tim David who has been ruled out for the remainder of the tournament with a grade two hamstring strain. Jackson Bird and Will Prestwidge have also been omitted from the 14-man squad.
As for the Renegades, Caleb Jewell returns to the fold at the expense of Fergus O’Neill, who has been left out.
The bat flip will take place at 6.30pm AEDT, with the first ball to be bowled 45 minutes later at 7.15pm local time.
