The Panthers have shot out to a 12-0 lead over the Rabbitohs thanks to some early magic from star prop James Fisher-Harris.
The enforcer scored the first try of the game and then three minutes later put in a neat grubber in the lead-up to Penrith’s next try, which was scored by Luke Garner in his 100th game.
As Fox League’s Cooper Cronk said in commentary, the fast start was “danger signs” for the Rabbitohs with the Panthers looking like they were in a mood.

MATCH PREVIEW
The Panthers are looking to get back into the winner’s circle when they host the Rabbitohs on Friday night.
It’s not often we see Penrith lose back-to-back games — which is why the Rabbitohs should be extra wary of what three-time premiers.
The Panthers also welcome back hooker Mitch Kenny from suspension, while coach Ivan Cleary made some key changes to his backline with Sunia Turuva and Paul Alamoti joining the backline.
The Rabbitohs, get Cody Walker back from a head knock however, copped a big blow during the week with captain Cameron Murray copping a three-game ban after he failed to downgrade a high tackle charge at the judiciary.
Keaon Koloamatangi shifts to lock with Jacob Host named to start on an edge and Liam Le Blanc joins the bench.
The Rabbitohs will be looking to finish off their season on a high over the next fortnight after losing six of their last seven games.
