Heading the other way, the Raptors would receive Bruce Brown Jr., three first-round draft picks as well as other salaries.
Although the Raptors had reportedly been shopping Siakam for some time, it is only in the past few days in which the Pacers have cemented themselves as serious front runners.
Per Charania, multiple packages had been floated between the two teams but this current package is the likeliest to come to fruition.
News of this potential trade will not be welcome news to the Sacramento Kings, who had been linked with a move for Siakam but now appear to have missed out.
Charania also claims the Dallas Mavericks and Golden State Warriors both explored the possibility of a trade for Siakam, but ultimately came to nothing.

The Raptors are looking to recoup assets for Siakam as the 29-year-old is in the final year of his $AUD57 million contract.
Siakam has spent his entire career to date with the Raptors after the Canadian team drafted him with the 27th overall pick of the 2016 NBA Draft.
Since then, Siakam has won an NBA championship in 2019 as well as being named an All-Star in 2020 and 2023.
This season, the 29-year-old averages 22.2 points per game, 6.3 rebounds and 4.9 assists.
The Raptors sit 12th in the Eastern Conference standings and are on a four-game losing streak.
