The NFL’s “Hail Mary King” has done it again.
In the final play of the first half in the Jets-Bills division clash, Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers launched a 58-yard bomb to the end zone which was miraculously caught by receiver Allen Lazard.
Lazard somehow emerged from the pack and caught it with 0 seconds on the clock despite the presence of several Bills defenders also contesting for the ball.

It was a much needed touchdown for the Jets, who were trailing 20-10 at the time.
The touchdown trimmed the margin to three heading into the break.
For Rodgers, it strengthened his reputation as the sport’s premier Hail Mary merchant.
For a play that’s considered near impossible to pull off, Rodgers has recorded four Hail Mary’s throughout his distinguished career.
Ironically, ESPN showed footage of Rodgers’ previous three just before his touchdown pass to Lazard.
Heading into the third quarter, the Jets and Bills are locked at 20 in an all-important AFC East showdown.
