Cesar Mateo Tapia and Endry Saavedra’s middleweight bout finished with a majority draw after the pair went the full 10 rounds on the Bakhram Murtazaliev vs Tim Tszyu main card.
One judge scored the fight 94-92 to Tapia, while the other two had the bout at 93-93, which came as a big surprise to Venezualen Saavedra.
Saavedra knocked his undefeated Australian opponent down three times, whilst he only hit the floor once, questioning post-fight how he didn’t come away with a victory.

“I don’t understand how I can take him down three times and not get the win,” Saavedra said.
He also said if there is a rematch it would probably have to happen in Venezuela so they “don’t take it away from me”.
Meanwhile, Tapia said: “I didn’t feel the best, his tools got the better of me a little bit.
“I feel the call could’ve gone either way. I’m no bull***t artist, but I feel a couple of those rounds were mine.”
The Aussie also confirmed he “100 per cent” wants a rematch.
