An undefeated Brisbane will look to continue their hot streak in 2025, when they take on an in-form Collingwood outfit to kick off round six action.
The Lions (5-0, 120%) haven’t lost a game this season, but will need to fix their habit of starting slowly if they’re to compete with Collingwood on Thursday night. They have won their past eight games when trailing at half-time, something that hasn’t happened in the V/AFL for over a century.
Meanwhile, the Pies (4-1, 127.1%) have quelled concerns surrounding the age of their list and are looking to make it five consecutive wins since their Opening Round loss to the Giants.

“The good thing is we’ve been able to muster the effort in second halves of games to find a way to win, but doing it that way is not sustainable, and we know that,” Lions coach Chris Fagan said during the week.
