Dolphins enforcer Connelly Lemuelu is in hot water after he was placed on report for an ugly high shot on Manly fullback Tom Trbojevic.
Off a kick early in the second half with Manly leading 28-0, Trbojevic caught the ball and Lemuelu threw himself like a missile at the Sea Eagles star and collected him high with his shoulder.

“Not too many arms there from Lemuelu,” Andrew Voss said on Fox League.
“He more or less ran into Tom and I don’t think Tom is too happy about it.”
Greg Alexander noted that chasers have a duty of care to fullbacks, who often drop their body height to get to ground.
“As defenders you have got to be very careful because fullbacks often catch the ball and dip to try and get to ground as quickly as possible,” Alexander said.
“That is shoulder to the head.”
Voss noted that Lemuelu did himself no favours in launching himself at Trbojevic with no eyes for the man.
“That is running a very fine line,” Voss said.

Alexander warned that such a tackle has such a small margin for error and Lemuelu got it wrong.
“You have got to be wary when you chase when fullbacks drop when they catch the ball,” Alexander said.
“It is a very difficult tackle to get right if you are travelling too quick and not taking note of what is happening in front of you.”
