Jett Cleary, the younger brother of superstar Nathan, produced one of the try assists of the season over the weekend.
Playing for the Warriors Jersey Flegg side (u-20s), Cleary made a break down the right side of the field before stumbling.
As he was trying to keep his feet and as the cover defenders closed in, Cleary made a jaw-dropping flick pass into the hands of a teammate who scored in the corner.

It was the highlight play of a huge day for Cleary, 20, who scored a try in addition to his two try assists.
The Warriors aren’t rushing Cleary’s development, with the talented half featuring in Jersey Flegg this season but a NSW Cup debut isn’t far away.
The club named Cleary in NSW Cup last week, but he dropped back to Jersey Flegg when experienced half Tanah Boyd dropped out of the NRL squad. The Warriors have had Boyd leading the way in reserve grade so unless Boyd suffers an injury or is promoted to NRL, Cleary will continue the season with Jersey Flegg.

NSW CUP
A huge name featured on the NSW Cup teamsheets this weekend – L. Galvin. Galvin, who was dropped to reserve grade amid the drama that has engulfed the sport over his desire to leave the Tigers, started at five-eighth for the Western Suburbs Magpies and showed plenty of intent with ball in hand, running for over 200 metres. Remarkably, he carried the ball 36 times. Galvin also set up a try and made 21 tackles as the Magpies were defeated by the Eels (22-10). He’s too good to be playing reserve grade, but it’s unclear whether he’ll be recalled to the NRL by Benji Marshall.
Eels forward Ryan Matterson is knocking the door down for an NRL return. He was the best afield in Parra’s win, making 37 tackle, running for 130 metres and recording a try assist.
Bulldogs flyer Blake Wilson should be considered one of the more unlucky players running around in NSW Cup. His form at the moment is easily good enough to be playing first grade, but he just can’t able to force his way into a side that’s unbeaten and on top of the NRL table. In NSW Cup, he handed in his best performance of the year on Good Friday as the Bulldogs thrashed the Bunnies 62-18, scoring four tries and running for 164 metres.
Blake Taaffe was also superb as he pushes for another first grade opportunity. The versatile Taaffe scored a personal haul of 22 points and had two try assists in the win.
In his second game back, Josh Schuster started at five-eighth but was a non factor for South Sydney.
Panthers pivot Jack Cole was dropped to NSW Cup but impressed at five-eighth as Penrith ran out 32-6 winners over the Roosters, recording two try assists. Winger Asu Kepaoa has been a tryscoring machine this season and he added three against the Roosters. He’s now four clear on the NSW Cup tryscoring list.
The Dragons were thrashed by the Warriors but inspirational fullback Cody Ramsey didn’t disappoint, scoring both of the Red V’s tries.
Tanah Boyd was named in the reserves for the Warriors’ first grade side but dropped back to NSW Cup. The halfback had two try assists in the win.
The Knights’ NRL side needs answers, although it’s unlikely they’ll get them from their reserve grade side, who were pumped by the Jets. Halfback Jackson Hastings did little to stake a claim for a promotion.
Jets prop Jesse Colquhoun could be in line for a NRL call up with the Sharks set to be without Toby Rudolf for a few weeks.

The potential successor to Daly Cherry-Evans at Manly could be Jake Arthur, who is enjoying a great season in ressies.
Arthur is atop of the NSW Cup try assists list (12), but he couldn’t do a lot on Sunday as Manly was thrashed by the Raiders 46-12.
