The Roosters and Rabbitohs are set to complete another edition of their fierce rivalry on Friday, but this clash will look very different.

Both club’s first grade squads have travelled to Las Vegas for the season opener, meaning these teams only have a handful of players with NRL experience.

Braidon Burns, Jarrett Subloo and Yileen Gordon are the only South Sydney players with NRL experience. Interestingly, Gordon made his debut for the Rabbitohs back in 2005.

The only place to watch both games of the Las Vegas opening double-header live is Fox League, available on Kayo. New to Kayo? Start your free trial today >

Meanwhile, Dylan Napa stands as the Tricolours’ only player to take the field in first grade.
