England have made one change to their Ashes XI for the Third Test, dropping Gus Atkinson in place of a talented seamer.
Josh Tounge will play his first game of the series, having played six Tests to date since making his debut against Ireland in 2023.
His last appearance came against India in August earlier this year where he took three wickets in the first innings and five in the second at The Oval.

The 28-year-old boasts an impressive First Class record, taking 231 wickets in 62 games at an average of 26.17.
Atkinson, meanwhile, struggled in Perth and failed to take a wicket with his woes continuing in the second Test at the Gabba.
He finished with figures of 1/114 in the first innings but grabbed two wickets in the second as England tried desperately to defend a minuscule total.
Many felt he was unlucky to take as few wickets as he did, with Brydon Carse’s poor bowling also coming under fire during the Gabba loss in particular.
The tourists’ top order has also come under fire after two games, with pundits calling for Ollie Pope to be dropped.
However, he retained his position when England announced their team on Monday afternoon, with young gun Jacob Bethell the man potentially in line to take his spot.

England have also opted not to play spinner Shoaib Bashir and instead continue with an all-out pace attack in Adelaide, a wicket that Nathan Lyon has historically found success.
If Bashir was going to play it surely would’ve been in Adelaide, after England spent years ignoring all other spinners to prepare him for this Ashes series.
