Klemmer is on the outer at the Tigers and was given permission to negotiate with rival clubs.

The veteran was named to play NSW Cup this weekend for the Tigers, but he has been withdrawn from the side according to journalist Brent Read, who says Klemmer will join the Dragons in the next week.
“Dave Klemmer was supposed to play NSW Cup today. I spoke to him last night and he’s in a really good frame of mind. He just wants this whole issue resolved,” Read revealed on Triple M.
It looks like he’s not going to play today in NSW Cup which is an indication a move to the Dragons is edging ever closer and I’d expect that to be rubber stamped early next week and he’ll be available for the Dragons next weekend.”

Molo hasn’t been present at Dragons training since January after requesting a release, meaning Shane Flanagan has had to start the season without their best prop.
Due to the unusual circumstances, the Dragons have asked the NRL if they can sign Klemmer on a deal which would allow him to play for them while they sort out Molo’s departure.
That would mean the Dragons start the season with 31 players, unless they can strike a deal to release Molo in the next week.
