Max Holloway has finally had his grant for a floral pattern on his fight shorts granted as a number of unique designs were unveiled ahead of UFC 300.
Holloway, a proud native of Hawaii, requested a floral design on his fight trunks ahead of his trilogy fight against Alexander Volkanovski back in 2022.

But it took almost two years for the former featherweight champion’s design dreams to become reality.
Holloway shared the news on social media, with the Hawaiian set to don a pair of fight trunks with a red, blue and white colour pattern; the same colours that feature on the state flag of Hawaii.
The 32-year-old isn’t the only one who will be sporting a unique design in the octagon.
Light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira, women’s strawweight queen Zheili Wang and BMF champ Justin Gaethje will all enjoy custom-made designs for their respective fights.

UFC 300 takes place on Sunday April 14 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
START TIME (ALL TIMES AEST)
The action gets underway early on Sunday with the early prelims commencing at 8am.
The prelims will then kick off at 10am followed by the main card at 12pm.
WHAT’S ON THE LINE?
In the main event, Alex Pereira defends his light heavyweight championship against former champ Jamahal Hill.
Hill secured the vacant title when he beat Glover Teixeira in January 2023 but was forced to relinquish it when he tore his Achilles in July that year and has not fought since.
The co-main event features China’s Weili Zhang going up against countrywoman Yan Xioanan for the former’s women’s strawweight title.
Fireworks are expected in the third title fight of the night between Justin Gaethje and Max Holloway as they contest for the BMF title.
