When every Aussie athlete will compete at 2026 Winter Olympics — and who could medal

Australia’s second-largest team in Winter Olympic history has touched down in Milano Cortina for the 25th edition of the Games, which commences this week.

The Opening Ceremony takes place on Saturday February 7 from 6am AEDT.

There are 53 Australians participating in the two-week event, including reigning moguls champion Jakara Anthony and four-time Olympian Matt Graham, who have been revealed as Australia’s flag bearers.

Anthony, Graham, and snowboarders Scotty James and Valentino Guseli are Australia’s leading medal contenders, with the nations’s previous Winter Games record being four podium finishes.
