A powder keg of emotions exploded on Suncorp Stadium during the Dolphins-Roosters clash, with a fiery all in brawl resulting in the sin bin of four players and a ten minute game of 11-on-11.
Roosters firebrand Spencer Leniu was in the thick of it, shockingly squaring up to his Dolphins opponents after a Mark Naqaqanitawase try.

“That’s ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour from Spencer Leniu,” said Warren Smith on Fox League.

Leniu, Roosters teammate Naufahu Whyte, and Dolphins duo Aublix Tawha and Francis Molo were all sin-binned for their part in the scrap.
It came just two minutes after both clubs were warned for coming together when Leniu injected himself into another scrap, running 15 metres to make a point against Kurt Donoghue and Tawha.
“There’s no question, we spoke a minute ago,” said referee Gerard Sutton.
Leniu squared up with Tawha which caused players to come from everywhere, notably Whyte, who dragged Tawha to the ground.
Molo was binned when he took umbrage to Whyte’s actions.
“How can you explain the behaviour of Spencer Leniu. What is Tahwa supposed to do and then Naufahu Whyte comes and grabs him,” Smith said.
The drama didn’t end there as the Roosters lost Siua Wong from the ensuing kick-off, knocked out after coming off second best from a massive hit from Donoghue.

Wong would soon be ruled out for the game because of a category 1 HIA.
“This is old school,” Smith added.
“These are scenes you do not see in the modern game.”
The ten minute period didn’t favour either side with one try scored apiece during that frenetic passage.
