GWS’ finals hopes could hinge on the result from today’s clash with North Melbourne in Canberra, as the two teams duel for the first time since Round 2 last year.
The Giants (13-7, 111.3%) can maintain their buffer inside the top eight with a win today, and crucially, have a chance to build on their sub-par percentage which could prove invaluable home the end of the home-and-away season.
Meanwhile, the Kangaroos (4-1-15, 73.4%) will be desperate to pull off an unlikely win and remove themselves from the bottom two.
