Richmond will be hoping to pull off ‘Mission Impossible’ in order to register their first win of the 2026 season, as they play host to a red-hot Gold Coast outfit at the MCG on Saturday afternoon.
The Tigers (0-1, 94.7%) lost their season opener by just four points last Thursday night against Carlton, with coach Adem Yze making a whopping five changes to his best 23.

One of those changes was a late forced one however, with Kane McAuliffe (illness) replaced by Tyler Sonsie 24 hours out from the first siren. Veterans Nick Vlastuin and Dion Prestia are among the inclusions, while Jonty Faull (suspension) and Rhyan Mansell (injured) were also forced changes.
As for the Suns (2-0, 181.6%), their side only gets stronger with the return of Bailey Humphrey and Charlie Ballard, with the latter returning for his first AFL game in 370 days after an ACL injury in Round 1 last season.
Key position players Jy Farrar and Oscar Adams were the duo who made way at selection.
The Round 2 match begins at 1:15pm local time in Melbourne. Watch it live on Fox Footy (channel 504), and streaming on Kayo, from 12:30pm AEDT.
