Under-pressure Titans coach Des Hasler was at his entertaining best in his post-match press conference on Friday night after his side snapped their five-game losing streak in style.
The Gold Coast Titans produced one of their best wins in years, coming back from 20-0 to beat the Knights in Newcastle 24-20.

Having not won since Round 4, the incredible comeback victory came just days after it was reported Hasler could be sacked within months.
It was revealed that Hasler’s three-year contract has performance clauses that require the Gold Coast to play finals in 2025.
Heading into Friday night, the Titans needed to win 12 of their remaining 16 games to ensure the veteran coach avoided the axe this year.
That equation just became a little simpler and Hasler was asked if he enjoyed “sticking it up some people today” and the coach responded in his classically dry style.

“No, no. I’m not like that,” Hasler said which triggered laughter from the journalists.
“It’s not about me, mate. It’s about those individuals who were playing out there today and that’s the main focus.
“What’s that old saying? It will be fish-and-chip wrapping tomorrow. It’s on the internet as well now, but you can order fish and chips on the internet.
“I can’t do anything about the headlines, it’s just all opinion.”
The Titans could have veteran half Kieran Foran back next week and Hasler is adamant his 3-6 side can still play finals.
“It’s a start, a good start considering where we were at half time and what they had to overcome,” Hasler said.
“We start getting a few troops back as well. I think most sides who haven’t had their players on the field regularly have been losing games.”
