The Chiefs led by Patrick Mahomes are bidding to win their third title from their fourth Super Bowl appearance in the last five years.
Brock Purdy and the 49ers are aiming to avenge their loss to the Chiefs in their last Super Bowl appearance in 2020.
The Chiefs carry a 14-6 record into the decider while the favourites the 49ers have a 14-5 record this season.
Allegiant Stadium is the home of the Las Vegas Raiders and has a capacity of 65,000.
At this year’s Super Bowl, eight-time Grammy Award-winning artist Usher will be the halftime entertainment.
