As of 2 January 2026, the CarPark application will replace the current IZIX app. You will be able to submit your reservations via the new platform, CarPark, from this date onwards, for parking starting 5 January 2026 in both Brussels and Strasbourg.
For those who had previously registered with IZIX, your user data will be automatically transferred from IZIX to CarPark. Also, if your profile is complete (mobile phone number, licence plate number, email address), no action will be required on your part for this transfer. Otherwise, you will receive an email from the relevant service asking you to complete your profile.
If you prefer not to have your account transferred and wish your data to be deleted, please send an email before 18 December 2025 to:
book.your.parking@europarl.europa.eu.
Otherwise, from 28 December 2025, you will receive an official message from the new operator, CarPark, inviting you to finalise your account by creating your new password. This step will be essential in order to use the new application.
If you have not previously registered your details to be able to access Parliament’s parking on Brussels or Strasbourg and wish to do so, the procedure for any new registration remains unchanged.
