Australia will aim to improve their winning streak to seven when they take on Bangladesh at the MCA International Stadium in Pune in each team’s final group stage match.
While the Aussies already know that they’ll face South Africa in the semi-finals, Bangladesh need a win to ensure a top-eight finish in the World Cup which will in turn see them qualify for the 2025 Champions Trophy.
Australia were saved by an otherworldly performance from Glenn Maxwell against Afghanistan in their last game. The Aussies were 7-91 chasing 292 with Maxwell blasting an unbeaten double century to lead his country to a miraculous win.
