AFL 360 host Gerard Whateley has thanked his long-time TV partner Mark Robinson as the Herald Sun chief footy writer says goodbye to the Fox Footy program.
‘Robbo’ will depart AFL 360 after launching the show with Whateley in 2010.
Whateley delivered a heartfelt tribute to his odd couple partner at the conclusion of the final episode for the year on Monday night.

“Tonight, the big thank you is to Robbo,” Whateley said.
“We’ve shared 15 years at the desk together. We were brought together with almost nothing in common, other than footy. It’s a passion that bound us to each other, and also bound us to you.
“In television terms, it’s an astonishingly long time to spend together and I’ll always have the sense of gratitude for the almost 1500 shows that we’ve done in partnership together.
“Robbo, it’s been grand.
“I’ll see you for 360 next year.”
